The Life of a Writer says that “Articles add up fast!”

Published by ideagirl

writing articlesToday I had to review my Novel and my notes for everything I have written for the past few years.  I was amazed by the amount of stuff I had done in a short period of time.  I guess I’ve put all my focus on one area of writing and I have tried to diverse my talents into several areas.  After all this work, I have not made any money for myself but I have gained some experience which is great.  That was the whole point of the exercises.  With time comes mastery.

Now if I were to compare the articles that I wrote over 2 years ago, you can see a significant difference, which tells me I have improved on my Grammar & Spelling as planned and have learned a few tricks of the trade along the way.

I plan to print them all up and put them in a scrapbook for my own enjoyment.  Maybe someday I’ll make a book about my many musings, who knows!  I found out how to do research, how to create a manuscript, how to pull my hair out, how to have more pimples from stress, a sore neck, hands and back.  I learned to have some confidence in myself, thanks to my partner who tells me I’m going to make it someday as a professional Author (Bless his heart) and that I’m busy creating a new career for myself.  It goes to show that when life throws a monkey wrench in your “life plans” you can always start over and do something entirely different.

Especially with all these job changes and uncertain futures ahead of us, I just want everyone to know, Life is Temporal!  You have the power to change it.   Sure you may have to do something against the norm, maybe even reduce your lifestyle choices and stretch every dollar, but you can do it!  It takes time, effort and planning.  Always plan to have something unexpected happen to you.  So no matter what surprises that life brings your way, You’ll be okay!
